What should I bring to my appointment?
Motivation, a positive attitude, and the willingness feel better! Hydrate, and try not to eat a big meal before you come in. Wear comfortable gym/athletic type clothing that will not restrict stretching and range of motion exercises. Please wear running shorts and t-shirt (sports bra if applicable).
What methods of payments are accepted?
Cash, personal check, credit & debit cards. You may also use your pre-tax Health Savings and Flexible Savings Account (FSA) debit cards. Full payment is due at the end of each session.
